3. Models and projections

  • Every model is a simplification. Each tool page lists what it does not account for; that list is part of the output.
  • Projections are not forecasts. Constant-rate models describe a mathematical scenario, not an expected future.
  • Past performance does not indicate future results. This applies to every return assumption on the site.
  • Outputs depend entirely on your inputs. A model given optimistic assumptions will produce an optimistic answer; that is arithmetic, not insight.
  • Rounding and simplification exist throughout. Results are directional and are not suitable as the sole basis for a transaction.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.   • Short excerpts with attribution and a link are permitted without asking.
  • Full republication, translation, or use in commercial or AI training material requires prior written permission.
  • Systematic scraping or bulk automated extraction is not permitted.
  • Our name and marks may not be used to imply endorsement of any product or service.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including individual guides and models, at any time. Where a page is retired we try to redirect it to the most relevant replacement rather than leaving a dead link.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fiscora is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you have statutory consumer rights in your own jurisdiction, those rights are unaffected.
